Cypress Point C.I.A. - Monthly HOA MeetingsThe monthly H.O.A meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. on the fourth Monday of each month.
Every homeowner of Cypress Point Subdivision is welcome and encouraged to attend. The first thirty minutes (aprox) of the meeting is open to all homeowners. During this open session of the meeting, the Board will answer homeowner questions and review the minutes of the previous meeting. Also in open session, the Management company - ACMP, Inc. will provide a brief presentation regarding the current financial status of Cypress Point as well as statistics regarding the numbers and types of deed restrictions observed during the previous month.
During the open session, the homeowner discussion segment is usually limited to approximately thirty minutes. The allotted time for each person or issue will be based on the total number of homeowners that wish to address the board during those thirty minutes.
If you would prefer to address the Board during the closed session of the meeting regarding a specific issue, we ask that you please contact ACMP, Inc. at (281) 855-9867 at least three days prior to the meeting in order to be placed on the Agenda. By being placed on the Agenda, you will be given a specific time slot in which to address the Board. The maximum time allotted during closed session will be fifteen minutes.
The primary purpose for the closed session is for the Board to enter into discussion(s) regarding a variety of issues such as delinquent accounts, specific deed restrictions violations, review of homeowner correspondence and review of pending legal matters. Therefore, in an effort to help provide Homeowner privacy, this session is limited to the Board members only.
*Exceptions: The January meeting is usually conducted immediately following the Annual Meeting and the Board Member elections. The December meeting is usually scheduled as needed.
